Statement on White House FY18 Budget Proposal

Washington DC – Senator Todd Young (R-IN) released a statement following the White House issuing its FY2018 Budget Proposal:

“I am pleased the administration recognizes we must critically analyze every program of government while prioritizing our military. As Congress moves forward with writing a budget, we owe it to Hoosiers of every generation to make sustainable the vital benefits which comprise the largest programs in our federal budget. We must also work to reduce poverty and improve opportunities to ensure every Hoosier has a real chance to achieve the American dream.”
