“Damon Leichty has a strong legal background and extensive experience in civil litigation that would serve him well if confirmed to the bench. I look forward to continuing my review of his record and to following his Judiciary Committee hearing,” said Senator Donnelly.

If confirmed, Damon Leichty of South Bend will serve as a District Judge on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. Leichty is a partner in the South Bend officeof Barnes & Thornburg LLP, where he represents clients in federal and state court litigation across the United States.
