Young Statement on Budget Proposal

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Todd Young (R-Ind.) today issued the following statement regarding the President’s Fiscal Year 2020 Budget Request:

“The release of the President’s budget proposal is the first step in the government funding process. I’m encouraged to see national security, veterans, and our workforce prioritized in this outline. As Congress evaluates our federal spending priorities in the coming months, we owe it to Hoosiers of every generation to put our federal budget on a more sustainable path.
