VIDEO: Young, McMaster Discuss Leveraging American Innovation to Counter China
WASHINGTON – Today, Senator Young (R-Ind.), the lead Republican sponsor of the Senate-passed U.S. Innovation and Competition Act (USICA), participated in a live conversation with LTG (Ret.) H.R.
