Young, Donnelly Urge Amazon to Consider Indiana for Second Headquarters, Join Surge of Hoosier Economic Growth

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senators Todd Young and Joe Donnelly today urged Amazon to strongly consider Indiana for its future expansion plans in a letter to the company. The Senators highlighted the state’s talented workforce, friendly economic climate, and transportation infrastructure in their letter. 

Young and Donnelly said, in part, in their letter, “We write to express our strong support for Indiana to be selected as the location for Amazon’s new second company headquarters (HQ2). Our state provides a unique combination of a robust and talented workforce, an effective transportation infrastructure network, competitive cost-of-living, and a friendly business environment that has allowed Indiana to be the preferred location for a growing number of domestic and foreign businesses. We urge you to join this surge of Hoosier economic growth.”
