Young Receives “A+” Rating on Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life Scorecard
WASHINGTON – Today, U.S. Senator Todd Young (R-Ind.) announced he received an “A+” rating on the Susan B. Anthony List’s new National Pro-Life Scorecard.
“I’m proud to be recognized by the Susan B. Anthony List with their highest rating of an A+ for my pro-life leadership in the Senate. Even during a time of division in our country, my record shows I will always stand up and fight for the unborn,” said Senator Young.
The scorecard took into account votes, cosponsorships, and letters during the first session of the 117th Congress.
“Senator Young has stood up against extremist nominees of the pro-abortion Biden-Harris administration, against pro-abortion action both in the administration and through legislation advanced by Majority Leader Chuck Schumer. Sen. Young has voted consistently to defend the lives of the unborn and infants. This includes stopping hard-earned tax dollars from paying for abortion, whether domestically or internationally, and protecting health care provider rights for those who refuse to engage in brutal abortions. Senator Young gave a speech defending life during a Senate press conference on the eve of oral arguments in the Dobbs Supreme Court case,” the scorecard states.
